According to the information, Dr. Harsh Vardhan, Superintendent of Kavantia Hospital, has lodged an FIR for vaccine theft at Shastri Nagar police station. The case has been filed under Section 380 of the IPC. The hospital received the dose of vaccine on 12 April, but 320 doses were found to be less in the count on the same day. After this, the hospital committee also investigated the case for 2 days, but the FIR was lodged after finding no success.
